What Is It Then?
Our sacs are not filled with polystyrene beans, but instead are filled with a polyurethane foam - hence they are not 'Bean Bags'. Lovesac is not only an evolution, it's a revolution.
There are two components to the product:
The Insert - referring to the foam content contained in an inner lining. The Inserts are hand made and are all serial coded as to when and how they were made. Each item is individually tested and carries a digital certificate for reference. All the inserts are Australian made. The foam content is a durafoam or polyurethane, akin to the types of foam you will find in pillows and mattresses. It is hypoallergenic, bacteria and moisture resistant, and most importantly Lovesac foam filled inserts come with a TEN YEAR WARRANTY Lovesacs will never go completely flat or need refilling for ten years - guaranteed.
The Cover - a softer coloured layer of your choosing. Designed to be machine washable and interchangeable. All the covers are Australian made, and hand made. The covers have a TEN YEAR WARRANTY on the zips, seams and stitching for all workmanship and manufacturing defects.

We therefore carry the same licencing and patent permits. In addition we own the Intellectual and Property rights to sell and manufacture our product in Australia and New Zealand. We manufacture our items according to the ACCC guidelines, and use Australian Safety components. By working closely with Customs, we are able to maintain control over counterfeiters seeking to exploit the customers' faith in our brand and concept. Make no mistake, unlike our product, we aren't relaxed when it comes to protecting Lovesac.

What’s In A Cover?
Our permanent range consists of six Microsuede colours and two Plushsuede colours. Plushsuede is not available across all our range.
Microsuede: is a synthetic material designed to feel like real suede, however exceed it in durability. It covers the Insert tightly which allows the air to be trapped within the item upon compression. This will allow the sitter to sink deep into the item and the foam to billow out and surround them. The Microsuede colours are Dark Chocolate, Charcoal Grey, Bright Red, Tasman Blue, Bondi Sand, Olive Green.
Plushsuede: is a double layered version of Microsuede. It is thicker, more textured and softer to the touch. Unlike Microsuede, it sits heavier on the item, pushing all of the air out. The sitter predominantly rests on the item, more like a super soft day bed. The Plushsuede colours are Mushroom White, Espresso Brown.
Other:Occasionally Lovesac will stock a Limited edition cover in various sizes. They will range from Polyester to Cotton fabrics and designs. However patterns advertised on the U.S. websites are not part of our range, nor are we capable of importing them for individual sale. The Limited Edition colours vary from item to item.
All covers are spot cleanable, removable and machine washable.
Getting Love?
Simple. Lovesacs are pre-packaged or machine compressed to a quarter of their full size for transportation. Lovesac charges a flat rate for shipping and will deliver anywhere in Australia. By going to our Buy Stuff menu, and selecting your product of choice, we will then arrange to send your Lovesac directly to your front door!
The estimated time for delivery is between 3 - 14 working days. The items are labelled with the address provided. Lovesac requires your contact number for warranty, and courier purposes; the number provided is given to the courier company for extra security. It is recommended that the items are delivered to a business address if you cannot guarantee a secure location or person to accept the goods at your residential address.
Customers delivering to remote areas or long distances may encounter a separation of items. Please note that your goods are dispatched from the store together, however occasionally a courier may separate them due to weight restrictions. If your item hasn't arrive by the close of the next business day, please contact the store.
