*All new items - especially those with a Microsuede cover will feel firm initially. This is because, like a new pair of jeans, they need wearing in. Luckily you have no problem assisting in this department, right?*
All our covers are Machine Washable.
*Choosing to tumble dry, may cause your Cover to shrink. Do so at your own risk.*
You may attempt to steam clean the Insert, however the foam deep within the item is unlikely to be reached. Just like your feather doonas, we recommend, taking them outside on a warm sunny day (perhaps during a Spring clean) and leaving them there for a few hours. Before you take it back inside, punch and rotate them a few times. If you like you can beat or brush the outside of the Insert to help air it out. If the Insert liner is stained in any way, you can use warm soapy water to gently rub the area, followed by a hair dryer.
*Please do not open the inner liner and attempt to clean, alter or extract your foam. It will void your warranty and create a monumental mess.*
For the lighter items it’s as simple as rolling them over and punching down with two hands to push the air back through the foam. For the heavier items, you will need to do this several times as you rotate the Sac 360°. If it’s still feeling a little flat, simply flip and punch from left to right.
Yes we do. We call them 'SacVac Packs. It's a portable package which enables you to recompress your Sac with the use of your vacuum cleaner.
*Please note that this process is reliant on the strength of your vacuum cleaner and physical capabilities.*

If you can access to a ute or four-wheel-drive and able to bring the item into the store, we can arrange to have the truck pick it up and take it to the factory on our weekly stock runs. Please allow 5 working days for the item to be returned. The cost of this service is $100 per Sac. If you don't have access to any of these vehicles, consider hiring one. Call the store on 02 9380 4904 for more information.
Whatever way that makes you comfortable is best. That said, we generally recommend you sit on the first third of the item, allowing two thirds to wrap around you for support.
Fluff up the item so that it’s full making sure that the zipper length forms a vertical equator with the centre facing skyward. Below that you’ll see a seam, similar to a tennis ball line. Punch two fists into that area. Then stand in front of your Sac and instead of lying back or falling at a 45° angle, simply sit straight down as though you were sitting on a small wooden stool. You will notice that the foam has filled out around you creating more upright support. Now simply lean back and enjoy the love!
